The lower right has been hole-punched. In fine condition. Two world records were set on this date when South Africa’s George Weightman-Smith reached a speed of 14.6 in the 110-meter hurdles and Poland’s Halina Konopacka set a new discus throw record with a toss of 39.62 meters.
