Bronze-tone benefactor medal for the 1967 Pan American Games, which were held in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada, in July and August 1967, the reverse engraved with Worrall’s name
Gold-tone medal honoring the 40th anniversary of the Pan American Sports Organization in 1988 (with original case)
Silver-tone medal for the 1999 Pan American Games, which were held in July and August 1999, in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada
Gold-tone medal honoring the 50th anniversary of the Pan American Sports Organization in 1998 (with original case)
