Scarce vintage circa 1980s battery-operated Robby the Robot talking figure, made in Japan by Masudaya, standing at 16″ tall. The 1/5 scale figure includes interchangeable hands and talks with blinking light in the mouth. Includes its original box. Robby the Robot became a cult sci-fi Hollywood icon after his first appearance in the 1956 film Forbidden Planet.
