Nice lot of six official bilingual newspapers of the Swedish Olympic Committee, "Olympiska Spelens Tidning / The Olympic News," each 11 x 14.75, covering July 8-13, 1912, the main days of the track and field finals. The reportage is highlighted by coverage of American medallists—most notably Jim Thorpe—but also Ralph Craig, Ted Meredith, Alma Richards, Pat McDonald, and Albert Gutterson. In overall very good to fine condition, with moderate edgewear and minor splitting to folds.
