Very rare UK promotional first pressing of Led Zeppelin III, the third studio album from Led Zeppelin, (Atlantic Records, 2401-002, Stereo), with the side one label bearing an affixed “Factory Sample, Not For Sale” label, which was retired from promotional use after 1970. The matrix and runout numbers to both sides read, in part: “'Do what thou wilt, 2401002 A-5, 127” and “So mote it be, 2401002, B7, 127.” The album features the die-cut laminated gatefold picture sleeve with the unusual front panel top and bottom opening, a design that was eventually replaced. In fine condition, with light creasing and edgewear. The record is included.
