While not as uniformly well-known as Nirvana’s three full-length records, their 1992 compilation album Incesticide still holds a special place in the hearts of longtime fans. In addition to whetting grunge appetites hankering for the band’s third and final LP, In Utero, Incesticide offered fans a host of B-sides, demos, outtakes, cover versions, and radio broadcast recordings, including the group’s classic recording of ‘Aneurysm.’ The front cover’s iconic artwork was also painted by Cobain, who, reportedly, agreed to the album’s release only if he had total control of the album’s artwork. An uncommon fully signed Nirvana title.
