Official letter from the Minister of General Police of the Republic to the Mayor of Strasbourg (Lower Rhine), in full (translated): “I am sending back to you together with my visa the passport of citizen Charles Frurhlig, born in Stuttgardt country of Wurtenberg. You will take care to acknowledge your receipt of this documentation.” Signed at the conclusion by Joseph Fouche as Minister of Police, and countersigned by the mayor. In fine condition.
