Letter to Jim Lewis of Dallas, Texas, in part: "I received your letter transmitting five fingerprint cards which were taken by you in connection with the Boy Scout Fingerprinting Merit Badge. I am pleased to advise you that all of these sets of fingerprints were found to be satisfactorily prepared and are receiving appropriate attention in the Identification Division of the FBI. You have my best wishes for the successful completion of the requirements for the merit badge in fingerprinting." In fine condition. Accompanied by the original mailing envelope.
