NASA astronaut Jim McDivitt’s issue of Time magazine from June 11, 1965, with artistic portraits of himself and fellow Gemini 4 astronaut Edward H. White II on the front cover, 108 pages, 8.25 x 11, with the lower left corner bearing an affixed address label that originally sent this magazine to “LCDR R. F. Gordon, Jr.,” of Houston, Texas. Richard Gordon, who apparently gifted this magazine to McDivitt, would fly as part of the Gemini 11 mission a year later. In very good to fine condition, with scuffing, and wear to edges. Accompanied by a letter of provenance stating that the magazine was purchased at the McDivitt family estate sale held in Tucson, Arizona, on April 1, 2022.
