Insulation block from the Space Shuttle Columbia (OV-102) orbiter, 7″ x 2.75″ x .75″, with parts label stamped “V070-197121-001 N/C, S/N 004, HI-TEMP INSUL.” The block bears a tape-affixed ‘unserviceable’ DD Form, date-stamped October 1997, with matching part number and the ‘Reason for Reparable Condition’ field marked “HDA for scrapping.” In fine condition. This insulation block is assumed to be flown by consignor.
