Unique group of personal ephemera from Al Worden's training and qualification as a pilot in the United States Air Force, including: certificates of training for the "Aircrew Familiarization Course, FA 1124-F102A" (November 12, 1957), "OFF-1125F-1 Aircrew Familiarization (F 106A)" (July 7, 1959), and "Bioastronautics for Space Research Pilots Course" (August 6, 1965); his certificate of qualification for "Skilled Fighter-Interceptor Pilot in the F-102 aircraft" (February 20, 1959); and a photo of Worden and his class at the "Empire Test Pilots' School, No. 3 Fixed Wing Course & No. Rotary Wing Course, February to December, 1964." Also includes a certificate of training issued to his wife, Pamela Worden, for completion of a "Family Orientation Course" on October 27, 1960. In overall fine condition.
