Description

Collection of 29 flown plastic cargo bay cards that were carried to the International Space Station, each 5.25 x 4, with the majority identified by their mission in the upper right. Missions include: STS-108, 110-112, 114-116, 118, 119, 121, 123, 126, 128-132, and 134. Other cards are marked for ULF6 (STS-134) and ULF7 (STS-135), and for ISS Expeditions 2 and 4. Card subjects include: “LiOH Cartridge Canisters,” “Expedition 6 Russian Space Food Containers,” “Mostly CHeCS Hardware,” “Treadmill Hardness, Video Tape Recorder,” “Crew Care Package,” “OGS PWR,” “S-Band Transponder,” “Food Kit,” “Urine / Inflight Blood Kit,” “EMU Hardware,” “Solid Waste Container,” and “EECOM cables.” In overall fine condition.

Accompanied by a certificate of authenticity from Boeing Quality Assurance Inspector Joe Schwieger, in part: "Each card was flown into space to the International Space Station on either the Space Shuttle or on an ATV. They were used in the cargo bay to denote whether the items contained inside were equipment, food, clothing, or whatever was needed to support the astronauts and the ISS.”
