Color 8.5 x 11 backstage pass identification sheet for the Bob Dylan and Grateful Dead show at Anaheim Stadium on July 28, 1987, signed in black felt tip by the legendary songwriter, "Bob Dylan." Also signed in black ballpoint by 'Acid Test' pioneer and writer Ken Kesey, who mentored the Grateful Dead. Includes the seven-page memorandum packet with security instructions and schedules for the concert. In very good to fine condition, with dampstaining to the bottom and right edge, not at all affecting the signature. Accompanied by a letter of provenance from the original recipient, who was assigned to work back stage during the show. In part: "After Dylan finished his part of the show about 8 security personnel were walking him towards tunnel 8 where he was to get into a van and leave the stadium on the way from the area of backstage (tunnel 7 area)…I said 'Hey Bob,' he and the group stopped and I asked him to sign the document." A unique combination of iconic and influential figures of 1960s popular culture.
