Description

Desirable page removed from a French-language program for the first annual European Jazz Festival held in Antibes, Le Cap, and Juan-les-Pins in 1960, 8.25 x 10.5, signed in blue ballpoint by Charles Mingus, Eric Dolphy, Booker Ervin, Dannie Richmond, and Ted Curson. In fine condition, with light handling wear. The autograph of Booker Ervin, a tenor sax player best remembered for his recordings with Mingus, is especially rare; he died of kidney disease at age 39.
