Handwritten address panel in pencil, one page of 6 x 9 notebook paper, no date, signed at the top, “Jimi Hendrix,” who writes the address, “200 W 57th St. N.Y. N.Y.,” and adds “Personal & Private, Very important.” Hendrix has added his London address below: “ENGLAND: 43 Upper Berkely St., FLAT 9, London W-1.” In fine condition, with light creasing to the top. Encapsulated in a PSA/DNA authentication holder, grading the autograph as "MINT 9."
