President Jackson grants George Gilliland of Jackson County Alabama a parcel in "the district of lands subject to sale at Huntsville, Alabama, containing eighty acres and eighty five hundredths of an acre." Signed at the conclusion by President Jackson and countersigned by Commissioner of the General Land Office Elijah Hayward. The original seal to lower left is intact. In fine condition, with scattered light foxing and slightly irregular toning.
