The cel is placed on an attractive matching facsimile background of a city sidewalk with a theater marquee reading: "Tonite, Betty Boop." Total character image measures 2.5 x 5, with a mat opening of 11.5 x 9.5. Triple-matted and framed to an overall size of 20.5 x 18.75. In fine condition.
