Vintage glossy 4.25 x 6 head-and-shoulders photo of Lev Dyomin in uniform, flown on Soyuz 15 in August 1974 with on-board cancellation stamp, signed in black felt tip by Dyomin. The stamp reads (translated): "Space Mail, Salyut-3, August 1974." In fine condition. Lev Dyomin served as a flight engineer for the failed mission to the Salyut 3 space station; the mission had to be abandoned due to a docking system malfunction, exposing a number of serious design flaws in the Soyuz 7K-T spacecraft.
