American lawyer (1927-1986) best known for being Senator Joseph McCarthy's chief counsel during the Army-McCarthy hearings in 1954 and for being Donald Trump's personal lawyer; he was disbarred by the Appellate Division of the New York State Supreme Court for unethical conduct in 1986, and died five weeks later from AIDS-related complications. Cohn, with the lower portion bearing the facsimile signatures of Cohn as chairman of the board and Joseph L. Bonanno as treasurer. Stapled to the reverse is a stock transfer receipt, which is signed in fountain pen by Cohn. In fine condition.
