Partly-printed vellum DS, signed “George R.,” one page, 16 x 12.25, March 18, 1760. King George II appoints William Morrice "to be Captain of that Troop whereof Robert Atkinson Esqr. was late Captain, in Our Tenth Regiment of Dragoons, commanded by Our Trusty and Welbeloved Sir John Mordaunt." Signed in the upper left corner by King George II. In very good condition, with staining, soiling, and a missing seal.
