Vintage 3.25 x 5.25 postcard photo Quisling in a suit and tie, signed and inscribed on the reverse in bold ink, "Mr. Kenneth E. Kendall, Quisling, 14.5.41.” The front also bears his facsimile signature in white. In fine condition. Encapsulated in a PSA/DNA authentication holder.
