Letter to James Keddie, Jr., in full: "Thanks ever so much for your great kindness in finding me a copy of The Stoneware Monkey and sending it to me. I think this is the last book the old boy wrote, and it's certainly one of his best. I'm sorry I can't be in Boston for The Speckled Band Affair, to which you so kindly sent me an invitation. But I just can't for many reasons. Thanks again and all good wishes. And I hope to write you a decent letter one of these days." Double-matted and framed with a photo of Chandler to an overall size of 19.25 x 16.5. In fine condition.
