(Walt Disney Studios, 1938) Original production drawings of Martha Raye and Joe E. Brown from the closing musical sequence in Mother Goose Goes Hollywood. Both are accomplished in graphite and colored pencil on an off-white 12 x 10 sheets of animation paper respectively marked “11” and “116” in the lower right corners. The images measure 2 x 4.25 (Martha) and 2.5 x 4.75 (Joe). In overall fine condition. Featuring appearances by the likes of the Marx Brothers, Clark Gable, Spencer Tracy, Laurel and Hardy, W. C. Fields, and many others, the cartoon was nominated for an Academy Award for Best Animated Short, but lost to Disney's own Ferdinand the Bull.
