Uncommon 2.25 x 4 carte-de-visite portrait of Scott seated in full uniform by famed Civil War photographer Mathew Brady, signed in the lower border in black ink, "Winfield Scott." Published by Brady of Washington. In fine condition, with trimmed edges and a mounting remnant on the reverse. Encapsulated in a PSA/DNA authentication holder.
