Rare and desirable Japanese National Olympic Committee (NOC) badge from the 1932 Los Angeles Summer Olympics, 23 mm x 20 mm, featuring the Japanese flag in red-and-white enamel, with text along the edges: "Xth Olympic Games, Japanese Delegation." Exhibits several scratches to the enameled surface. Japan's delegation of 131 athletes was the second largest at the Games, exceeded only by the United States. The Japanese team took home 18 medals, including five golds in swimming.
