Roosevelt's New Deal legislation. Includes: George Sutherland (signature), James Clark McReynolds (Supreme Court memo slip), Pierce Butler (signature on Supreme Court letterhead), and Willis Van Devanter (signature on reverse of a personal calling card). In overall fine condition, with some foxing to the Sutherland card. Accompanied by the original mailing envelope for the Butler signature.
