Neatly signed at the conclusion in ink by President Monroe and countersigned by Commissioner of the General Land Office Josiah Meigs. Matted and framed by Goodspeed's Book Shop to an overall size of 23 x 17.5. In fine condition, with multiple vertical folds and the seal absent.
