TLS, one page, 8.5 x 11, personal letterhead, April 20, 1929. Letter to John G. Sargent, his former United States Attorney General, in full: "Your letter of April 18th has been received. I have the book to which you refer but have not read that far in it. I am glad to hear you are all well and hope you enjoy being home as much as I do." In very good to fine condition, with light creasing. Accompanied by a full letter of authenticity from Beckett Authentication Services. After famously choosing not to run for reelection, Coolidge left the White House on March 5, 1929, not long before this letter was written.
