Desirable 1807 four-language ship's paper signed by Jefferson and Madison

Partial partly-printed DS as president, signed “Th: Jefferson" as president and "James Madison" as secretary of state, one page, 20.75 x 9, October 3, 1807. Center panel of a four-language ship's paper, boldly and neatly signed by President Jefferson and countersigned by Secretary of State Madison. The bright white paper seal affixed to the left side remains intact. In fine condition, with light creasing, and multiple vertical folds. A desirable oversized format boasting two choice founding fathers' signatures.
