Two uncommon photos: a glossy 6.5 x 4.75 photo of South African president P. W. Botha, affixed to a 7 x 6 mount, signed and inscribed on the mount in fountain pen, and dated June 5, 1988; and a glossy 8 x 5 photo of Tanzanian president Julius Nyerere, affixed to an 8 x 6 mount, signed and inscribed on the mount in fountain pen,m and dated June 5, 1987. In very good to fine condition, with a small tear to the bottom edge of the Nyerere mount.
