The flag is affixed to its original color 11 x 14 certificate, which reads: "Presented to Dennis W. Chamberland. This National Aeronautics and Space Administration flag was flown aboard the Orbiter 'Discovery,' STS-26, September 29-October 3, 1988, commemorating the National Space Transportation System 'Return to Flight.'" In fine condition, with slight scuffing to the mount.
