Group lot of four scarce Russian commemorative wrist watches from the 1980s, all of which feature elaborate face designs honoring Russian space achievements: a pair of watches related to the Mir space station and the Baikonur Cosmodrome, both of which were presented to VIPS at launch events; a watch honoring the Buran spacecraft (missing band and crystal cover); and a VIP watch commemorating “50 Years of Victory,” engraved on the backplate, “From the Commander of the Rocket Space Troops, May 9, 1995,” which is Russia’s Victory Day. Two watches include their original parts sheet. In overall fine condition.
