Related to the Apollo Program—a RCA 110A Computer Board as used in the Saturn Ground Control System, 8.75 x 4.25, consisting of a printed circuit board with more than 50 electronic components installed, including five digital switching transistors in cans. The board is coated on either side with a silicon material, and bears part numbers along the top edge: "Assy RCA2110126-504, Serial No. 64819, RCA2163978-2." Reverse is marked on an edge: "V-126A." In fine condition. Accompanied by a photocopy of the RCA 110 computer orientation training course.
These computers were used to monitor the Saturn missiles from their leaving the assembly building up to the moment the engines were started and the astronauts were on their way to the moon. A great opportunity to own an original circuit board of a digital computer model first used in the space program nearly 50 years ago, one which contributed heavily to the success of the Apollo Saturn launches.
