Railroad industrialist (1821-1900) known as one of the 'Big Four' of western railroading. Two items: DS, signed "C. P. Huntington," one page, 11.5 x 8, November 21, 1889, for 100 shares in the Newport News and Mississippi Valley Company, with all twenty dividend warrants intact below; and an ink signature, "C. P. Huntington, New York," on an off-white 7.25 x 1.75 clipped slip. In fine condition.
