Augustin, who has given legal notice of his intention to become a citizen of the United States, hath alleged that he has invented a new and useful improvement in the Stove used for cooking & warming rooms." Prominently signed at the conclusion by President Jackson, and countersigned by Secretary of State John Forsyth and Attorney General Benjamin Franklin Butler.
