Lot of six vintage photographs of legendary aerospace engineer and space architect Wernher von Braun, various finishes, ranging in size from 3.5 x 3.75 to 10.5 x 8, which depict von Braun at various stages of his career, including as a young member at Peenemünde in the 1930s, as director or rocket development at Redstone Arsenal in Huntsville, Alabama, and as the director of NASA's Marshall Space Flight Center. Two photos are affixed to slightly larger mounts with French handwritten notations, and two others bear French press stamps and affixed captions dated to 1958. In overall very good to fine condition, with creasing, surface impressions, and editorial touch-ups to a horizontal photo.
