Signer of the Declaration of Independence from New Jersey (1726-1794). American Revolution-dated ADS, signed “Abra: Clark,” one page, 7.75 x 7.75, April 23, 1771. Neatly penned resolution concerning a property dispute between Isaac Freeman and his son-in-law Robert Moores regarding the omission of "other goods and effects" such as "the use of bacon, horses, sheep or anything else." Signed boldly at the conclusion by Clark as the arbitrator. In fine condition, with light overall toning.
