(20th Century Fox, 1980) Original color 28 x 22 'Style B' dark blue half sheet movie poster for The Empire Strikes Back, which features the famous Thomas Jung illustration of Darth Vader towering over the other Star Wars characters, including Luke Skywalker, Princess Leia, Han Solo, Chewbacca, and an army of Stormtroopers. White text at the top reads: "The Star Wars Saga Continues." Lower portion bears the film's credits, production details, and "PG" rating, and the bottom border features NSS information and is identified as "Style B." Left and right upper corners issued as "80001." The open white spaces to either side were used for specific theater information and advertisements. In very good to fine condition, with overall light creasing and edgewear.
