A Collection of Beatles Oldies album (stereo UK pressing, circa 1970s) signed and inscribed on the front cover in black felt tip, "To Andrew—best wishes, George Harrison," drawing an 'om' symbol and cross below. In fine condition, with some skipping to the signature. The record is included. Accompanied by a certificate of authenticity from Tracks and a letter of provenance, in part: "In 1978 my sixteen year old younger brother, Andrew Green, had a brain tumour surgically removed which resulted in him being in a coma for a month and then having to relearn how to speak and read. At about this time my then brother in law, Rodney Turner, was involved in a car business with George Harrison who at the time was a near neighbour. Andrew was a great Beatles fan and so Rodney, at my request, asked George Harrison is he would autograph an LP for him. As far as I am aware he gifted the LP with his autograph to my brother who was utterly thrilled to have it. The LP stayed in my brother’s possession until he died two years ago of another brain tumour aged 57."
