Description

British author and humorist (1864-1926) who wrote on Jewish themes and stood at the forefront of cultural Zionism during the 19th century. Three letters signed by Zangwill: an LS from 1895 on his essay 'The Abolition of Money'; a TLS from 1901 concerning the publication of a speech; and an ANS from 1910 complying with a request for his autograph. In overall fine condition, with rusty circular paperclip impressions to the top of the card.
