Uncut sheet of five Mohawk & Hudson Railroad Company stock transfer receipts, with the fourth receipt—transferring all "right, title, and interest in Twenty Five shares in the Capital Stock of the Mohawk & Hudson Railroad Company"—signed at the conclusion by William Backhouse Astor, Sr., on behalf of his father.
