Astor,” one page, 8 x 6.75, January 28, 1889. Document by which Astor appoints Percy R. Pyne, George Bliss, and E. S. Higgins as his proxies "to appear at a Meeting of the Stockholders of the Delaware, Lackawanna and Western Railroad Company." Signed at the conclusion in ink by Astor and countersigned by a witness. In fine condition.
