Mills, signed on a transfer slip affixed to the reverse by Mills. The original receipt remains affixed to the left side. In fine condition. Established in the early 1890s, Dr. William Seward Webb's Mohawk and Malone Railway crossed the northern Adirondacks at Tupper Lake Junction.
