Mahlon Dickerson, Sec'y of the Navy," is signed by Erastus Corning, John A. Dix, Richard Riker, Peter Gansevoort, William Seymour, Barent Staats, and others. In very good to fine condition, with small splits to intersecting folds and rusty circular paperclip impressions to the tops.
