Vintage circa 1967 glossy 7.75 x 10 photo of Lew Alcindor dribbling a basketball in his UCLA Bruins uniform, signed in blue ballpoint, "Lew Alcindor." In fine condition, with lightly trimmed side borders, and poor-to-moderate signature contrast. A terrifically early signed photo of Jabbar as college hoop's most dominant player—after leading the Bucks to its first NBA championship at age 24 in 1971, Alcindor took the Muslim name Kareem Abdul-Jabbar. Early photos signed by "Lew Alcindor" are quite scarce.
