Desirable original ink sketch of Little Sammy Sneeze exclaiming, "Heeeooortense," accomplished by McCay on an off-white 8.5 x 5 sheet, neatly signed below, "Winsor McCay." In very good to fine condition, with two vertical folds, light creasing and toning, and two edge tears.
