All marked at the bottom: "The Norris Peters Co., Photo-Litho, Washington, D.C." Includes the printed United States Patent Office specification sheet, seven pages on four sheets, which describes the invention as an "improved submarine vessel," with novel means for sinking, maintaining depth, and traveling along the bottom.
