A glazed clay sculpture of "Young Bill Clinton, (work in progress)" by New Hampshire artist James Munoz, standing 17" in height and depicting the future president wearing 1970s attire and playing the saxophone. The sculpture is set atop a wooden 14 x 4 x 9.5 base with a typed title card that is signed in black felt tip, "Thanks! Bill Clinton." In fine condition.
Accompanied by a framed provenance display containing a newspaper clipping and three photos of Clinton from his 2007 visit to the Rochester Opera House where he was shown this sculpture-the clipping and two of the photos show Clinton with the sculpture; the signature was obtained at the Wright Museum of WW II in Wolfeboro, New Hampshire.
