Original "Brooklyn National League / Ebbets Field, Season 1917" program and scorecard for the game between the Brooklyn Robins and the New York Giants on April 18, 1917, 12 pages, 6.5 x 10, with the centerfold scorecard filled out in pencil. Among the players listed on the scorecard are 'High Pockets' Kelly and Jim Thorpe for the New York Giants, and Rube Marquard, Zack Wheat, and Casey Stengel for the Brooklyn Robins (later known as the Dodgers). The back cover has an interesting ad for Sweet Caporal cigarettes depicting the roster of Brooklyn's first ball team, the Atlantics. In very good condition, with a central vertical fold, some toning and chipping to edges, and partial separation to spine.
