Two signed items: an AMQS on an off-white 9 x 6 musically lined sheet, featuring 16 bars on double staves from "La Fleur d'Amour," signed and inscribed in the lower border, "To Mr. L. Gensler, With all good wishes for a big success, Oscar Straus, New-York, 20 of December 1930," and signed in the upper right, "Oscar Straus"; and a 3.25 x 5.25 postcard photo of Strauss, featuring a three-bar autograph musical quotation from 'My Hero' from the operetta 'Chocolate Soldier,' signed by the composer, "Oscar Straus, 1937." In very good to fine condition, with several old repairs to tears and paper loss on the musical quotation. Accompanied by a 1970 Austrian postage stamp.
